Slow Power

Slow Power was started by Mike Bishop in 2023.

Mike teaches a class at NABCEP's annual energy conference. The class is named: Electrification: A Technical and Financial Overview

Mike has also taught this class for PG&E, through their Energy Centers.

In 2022, Mike did apprentice-level electrical work for Oakland-based PJ Erwin Electric.

Since early 2023, Mike has designed and installed five grid-connected PV systems all by himself (big boy) (with remote support from PJ Erwin Electric, Planet Plan Sets, and others).

From 2006 to 2017, Mike built out and managed a PV-modeling spreadsheet (OnGrid). 200+ installation companies had paid subscriptions.
